קלאבהאוס ירושלים הוא קלאבהאוס מוסמך!!!!
לפני קצת יותר משנה, הזמנו צוות מהקלאבהאוס העולמי לבקר אצלנו ולעבור איתנו תהליך הסמכה כדי שנוכל להפוך לאחד מהקלאבהאוסים המוסמכים בעולם: קלאבהאוס שעומד בכל העקרונות של מודל הקלאבהאוס.
על מנת לקבל את ההסמכה, הערכנו את עמידתנו בכל אחד מעקרונות המודל.
שני הנציגים מקלאבהאוס העולמי – סרג' וראלף בילבי – התארחו לשבוע אצלנו בקלאבהאוס.
בסוף התהליך, התבקשנו להרחיב את פעילויות הפנאי של הקלאבהאוס ולייצר מקומות נוספים של תעסוקה מעברית – דבר שהשגנו לאחר מאמצים רבים.
עכשיו אפשר להגיד בגאווה: אנחנו קלאבהאוס מוסמך על ידי ארגון הקלאבהאוס העולמי!
ומה זה נותן לנו?
- הכרה על כך שאנחנו בדרך הנכונה, שאנחנו יודעים לעשות קהילת קלאבהאוס חזקה.
- אפשרות להמשיך להתפתח ואולי להגשים את חלומנו- להפוך בעתיד למרכז הכשרה בינלאומי לקלאבהאוסים נוספים בעולם.
- אפשרות לבנייה של שיתופי פעולה נוספים עם קלאבהאוסים אחרים בעולם (מוסמכים או לא).
Accreditation!!!
A little over a year ago, we invited staff from Clubhouse International faculty to visit us and assist us in becoming an accredited clubhouse that stands by all of the principles of the clubhouse model.
In order to receive the accreditation, we evaluated ourselves according to the principles of the clubhouse model. We hosted two representatives of Clubhouse International –Serge and Ralph Bilbi – for a week in our clubhouse. At the end of the process, we were asked to broaden our recreational activities and to create additional places for transitive work – something that we have achieved after much effort.
It is now possible to say with pride: Clubhouse Jerusalem has been accredited by the organization of world clubhouse!
- How does this benefit us?
- 1) Acknowledgement that we are on the right path, and that we have created a strong clubhouse community.
- 2) The possibility to continue developing and to become a training center for additional clubhouses around the world.
- 3) The option to develop new co-operations with other clubhouses in the world (accredited or not).
