טורניר שחמט מותח

ב-11/4/19 התקיים טורניר שחמט בקלאבהאוס ירושלים.

הייתה אווירה מתוחה אפילו לפני תחילת הטורניר:

חמישה שולחנות נערכו בחדר אוכל של המועדון בהם התיישבנו, כ-12 גברים ונשים בכל מיני רמות, אחד מול השני ומול לוח שח.

בשעה 3 בדיוק צלצל הפעמון והמשחקים התחילו, למרות שהתחלתי טוב – עשיתי טעות ודי מהר הפסדתי.

על ידי ישב אלוף הקלאבהאוס, שבקלות הצליח להביס את יריבו. במשחק הבא הפסדתי שוב, אולם כפיצוי קיבלתי מחזיק מפתחות (פרס ניחומים). עזבתי את האולם בראש מורכן ובתקווה לנצח בטורניר הבא!

Chess Tournament

On the 11/4/19 at the Jerusalem clubhouse there was a chess tournament.

An atmosphere of pressure was felt in the corridors of the clubhouse as people even left other groups early to be ready on time.

about 12 people took part in the tournament of all ages, sexes and abilities.

Five tables were laid out in the dining room and at 3 pm precisely we sat down in pairs and started playing.

Despite a good start, I made a mistake and lost my first match.

Next to me the local champion quickly dealt with his opponent.

I lost my next match quickly but received a consolation prize of a key ring.

With a sad heart I left the room hoping to succeed better next time.
