לונדון כן מחכה לנו!!!

לפני מספר ימים עברנו מפגש לימוד ראשון על ההכשרה  בקלאבהאוס "מוזאייק" בלונדון.

ההכשרה הינה תהליך שבו נבחר איש צוות וחבר אשר נוסעים\טסים יחדיו לקלאבהאוס "מוזייאק" ביחד עם מנהלת הקלאבהאוס של טבריה וזאת על מנת ללמוד כיצד מתנהל קלאבהאוס "מוזייאק" וליישם את הלמידה בקלאבהאוס שלנו- זהו עוד צעד לקראת תהליך ההסמכה של הקלאבהאוס הבינלאומי.

בנוסף צוות שבועות עדכן אותנו בפרטים של ארגון והחלטות בחגיגת השבועות המיועדת להיערך אצל מיכל במושב קורנית.

בישיבת עמיתים הדגשנו שוב את הקריטריונים של בחירת הנציגים שלנו להכשרה בלונדון וכמובן גם דגש על הדרישות שמחויבים להם צוות המראיינים.

London is waiting us

A few days ago, we went through a first study session before going to the training at the "Mosaic" in London.

The training is a process in which a team member and a staff member travel together to the "Mosaic clubhouse"  in London with the Clubhouse Manager to learn how to manage the clubhouse and implement the learning in our clubhouse- this is another step towards the accreditation process of the clubhouse  International.

At a peer meeting, we emphasized the criteria for selecting our representatives for the training in London, and of course, the on the requirements of the interviewers' team.
