מפגש עובדים

פעם בחודש  אנו מקיימים מפגש  של כל החברים  שעובדים בשוק החופשי. זו הזדמנות להתעדכן  בעבודה אחד של השני וגם ללמוד אחד מהניסיון של השני.

החודש המפגש היה בנושא מוטיבציה. התחלנו במילוי שאלונים על מה ייתן לנו מוטיבציה להגיע למפגשי עובדים. דיברנו על המוטיבציה ללכת לעבוד, על דברים שיכולים לפגוע במוטיבציה ואיך אנחנו מתמודדים איתם.

Employees Meeting

Once a month we have a meeting of all members who work at the free market. It's an opportunity to catch up on each other's work and also learn from each other's experience.

This month the meeting was about motivation. We filled out questionnaires about what would motivate us to attend employee meetings. We talked about motivation to go to work, about things that can hurt motivation and how we deal with them.
