ישיבת בוקר ביחידה המשרדית

סטנדרט 18:

"כל קלאבהאוס מאורגן כיחידה ויחידות עבודה, כשבכל אחת

יש מספיק צוות, חברים ועבודה משמעותית כדי לשאת ביום מלא של פעילות יומית משותפת. כל יחידה מקיימת פגישות על מנת לטפח מערכת יחסים ולארגן את פעילויות העבודה היומית".

ואכן- אנחנו מקפידים להיפגש כל בוקר בקלאבהאוס, ביחידות השונות, לראות יחד מה משימות היום ולהתנדב לעשייה.

הכל ברוח הקלאבהאוס- מתוך התנדבות, בחירה ומתוך הבנה שיש צורך אמיתי למשימות האלו. אם אנחנו לא נעשה- לא יהיה לנו!

אה… וגם כמובן- לא שוכחים ליהנות ממש תוך כדי העבודה המשמעותית!

 

Morning meeting in the office unit

Standard 18:  the Clubhouse is organized into one or more work units, each of which has sufficient staff, members and meaningful work to sustain a full and engaging work-ordered day.

 Unit meetings are held to foster relationships as well as to organize and plan the work of the day"

Indeed, we make sure to meet each morning at the Clubhouse, in the various units, to see together what the tasks of the day are and to volunteer for the work that need to be done.

All in the spirit of the clubhouse model – out of volunteerism, free choice and understanding that there is a real need for these tasks. If we don't do it – we will not have it!

Oh … and of course -we do not forget to enjoy ourselves while doing the meaningful work!
