ממשיכים לחפש את האחד/ת
ביום חמישי נערך יום ראיונות לאיש צוות עבור הקלאבהאוס, שמונה מועמדים הפעם, שביקשו להכיר את הקלאבהאוס ולבחון את האפשרות להצטרף לצוות הקלאבהאוס הנפלא שלנו.
המועמדים ישבו יחד עם מרסיו (מנהל הקלאבהאוס) וחברים לראיון משותף. בהמשך קיבלו משימות ,והתפזרו לעבודה ביחידות השונות בקלאבהאוס. חברי הקלאבהאוס שיתפו את המועמדים במשימות, עבדו עימם ובחנו את שיתוף הפעולה ,והיוזמות של המועמדים.
ראיונות אלו הם תמיד הזדמנות נפלאה שלנו להציג את היחידות בהם אנחנו עובדים ואת העשייה של העמיתים בקלאבהאוס.
לצערנו, בסיומו של היום ולאור חוות הדעת של החברים לא מצאנו עדיין את איש הצוות המבוקש ואנו ממשיכים בחיפוש אחריו .
Still looking for the one!!!
On Thursday we had interviews for a new clubhouse staff member position. Eight candidates have come to the interviews this time, and wanted to get to know the clubhouse and explore the possibility of joining our wonderful clubhouse team.
The candidates had a meeting with Marcio (clubhouse manager) and members for a joint interview. Later, they were given tasks, and spread to work in the various units at the Clubhouse. Clubhouse members shared the candidates with the tasks, worked with them and examined the collaboration, and the initiatives of the candidates.
These interviews are always our wonderful opportunity to showcase the units we work in and the work of colleagues at the Clubhouse.
Unfortunately, at the end of the day and in light of the member's opinions, we have not yet found the requested staff member and we continue to search.
