The Clubhouse is an embracing community that allows and contains the people and supports them in their personal rehabilitation and recovery process.
Working in the free market is another step of the recovery journey that comes at the initiative of the member and with our full community support. It's a job to look for a job!
the process take time, attempts, interviews and refusals as part of the reality in which we live and this is an equally important lesson: to believe in myself, to know what my strengths and gifts are and to also acknowledge my weaknesses.
In the job search process, the ambition is to succeed in producing a sense of responsibility and personal commitment, motivation and desire while promoting the personal goals of each individual.
The work provides each of us with a sense of self-worth, initiative, financial and personal independence, confidence and appreciation that increases over time.
