As part of strengthening its public character and ensuring the quality of the mental health rehabilitation system in the community, implementation began of the national program for evaluating processes and outcome measures in the mental health rehabilitation system in the community in Israel.

This is a first-of-its-kind program and aims to gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of the various rehabilitation services through measuring the processes, outputs and outcomes of the rehabilitation system.
