The process of recruiting new staff at Clubhouse Tiberias

During the months of October and November 2021 the need was raised to locate two new staff members for the Clubhouse. Staff member of the Culinary Unit – After the staff member who worked in the unit was appointed as the project manager of the Clubhouse. Staff member for the employment unit – after one staff member has moved to another position in the association and the other staff member is about to go on maternity leave soon.
In the first phase, a job advertisement was published for both positions.
After a number of applications were received, a number of candidates were invited for interviews before a team that appointed the clubhouse manager, a staff member and two members selected in the lottery.
After a series of interviews, a new staff member was selected for the employment unit.
Afterwards, the above was invited to a day of experience at the Clubhouse, mainly to get acquainted with the day-to-day conduct, acquaintance with the various units, acquaintance with the members, and the job study was started by the employment coordinator: Einav Ron Shai.
At this point we are in the process of locating and hiring a new staff member for the culinary unit.
